Andvora
Operations Platform
Andvora / Shopfloor Operations Platform

See production disruptions. Guide the team response. Make sure actions are followed through.

The primary workbench shows the product workflow we are validating. The initial pilot runs on one line with simple logging and hands-on facilitation.

01 / PLATFORM CAPABILITIES

One workflow from line conditions to improvement actions.

This is the Andvora product direction. The initial pilot tests the workflow through manual logging on one line.

01 / VISIBILITY

See production

Review shift output, downtime, material blockers, quality, and rework in the context of one line.

Current demo: simulated shift data

02 / WORKFLOWS

Guide frontline work

Help operators and supervisors capture issue context consistently and agree on the next response.

Initial pilot: manual workflow with a facilitator

03 / ACTIONS

Close the loop

Connect findings to an owner, due date, and verification so teams can review whether the issue recurs.

Current demo: basic action tracking

Andvora Shopfloor Loss & Action Workbench

A general workbench example for logging downtime, material issues, defects, and rework by shift. Teams review recorded impact, choose a priority, and connect it to an owner-based follow-up action.

Problem Solved: Recurring disruptions, missed shift targets, and actions without owners.
Intended Users: Plant Manager, CI Engineer, Shift Supervisor, QC Lead.

03 / USE CASES TO VALIDATE

Start with problems the floor team feels every day.

The pilot focus is chosen with the plant; these are illustrative scenarios, not customer results.

Recurring downtime

Log short stops and equipment disruptions that put shift targets at risk.

Supervisors · maintenance

Materials blocking the line

Flag late or incomplete kits and connect them to a materials follow-up.

Production · materials

Defects and rework

Record the quantity and type of quality issue, then assign a check or corrective action.

04 / PRODUCT & PILOT FAQ

What to know before getting started.

Does Andvora connect to machines or an ERP today?

Not yet. The initial pilot uses manual logging on one line and does not require PLC changes, sensors, or ERP integration.

Who is a good fit for the pilot?

A production team with an observable recurring problem, inconsistent shift records, and a supervisor or CI lead willing to review follow-up actions.

What do we receive after 14 days?

A scoped baseline summary, data-quality notes, early signals from recorded events, an owner-based action list, and a next-step recommendation. Findings depend on event volume and completeness.

Does the demo store data for the whole team?

No. The public workbench is a browser simulation and changes reset when the page reloads. Do not enter confidential data; pilot record handling is agreed separately with the plant.
